She brings New Work from coworking spaces to the factory floor, the assembly line, the trades and medicine. She advises companies on transformation processes and new work, has written several books on the subject and conducted studies.
Her diagnosis: the current world of work is far removed from science!  Although we know how the brain works, how innovations are created and when we can concentrate well, these findings are not being put into practice.
