An advisory board was established to accompany the project, whose main tasks were to advise the project, discuss the project results and promote them with further ideas, ensure the involvement of the city's social sectors in terms of content and generate broad support for the initiative in urban society. The advisory board comprised 32 personalities representing the following areas: politics & administration, education & research, business & associations, citizens & civil society.
